Easy to make Scallion Pancakes from scratch

What you need to make Scallion Pancakes:

Ingredients: (8 single servings of 8 inches pancake)
– 3 Cups All purpose flour (Bread flour is okay)
– Green Onion (clean, no water residue cut into tiny sections) 2 Bunches
– 2 Tbsp Salt & Pepper
– Olive oil or vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
– 3/4 cup hot water & 1/4 cup cold water (mix before mixing flour)
Equipment :
– Large mixing bowl
– Dough rolling pin and mat
– Plastic wrap , plastic sheets, baking paper or wax paper

Key points and tricks:

Use warm water to mix the dough
Mix the dough with chopsticks or spatula until forming a ball, then use hands to knead the dough until the dough is not sticky too your hand and mixing bowl.
Wrap and rest the dough for at least 60 minutes
Use the plastic wrap or wax paper to roll the final dough and preserve it in the freezer for up to a week.
